Sorry, currently at this time we do not have a shop to bring your RV to us.
We have a trip fee that we charge based on the location of the RV. We then charge in 30 minute increments. We prefer cash or check payments, but if pre-planned we can take credit cards but do charge a processing fee (the amount we are charged).
All payments are due at the time of work, we do not invoice for services.

We have a local cell phone number (906)201-4294 as well, but it will transfer to our main cell phone therefor we do not receive texts on this number.
We respond to messages as we can throughout the day and evening.
Remember to provide us your name, RV details and location in your voicemail or text message.
We work on most parts of RVs.

- RV Refrigerators (no commercial)

We can't work on anything drive train related which includes:
- Brakes
- Towing functions
- Tires
- Operating Lights (brake/tow lights)
- Anything that would require extended time to repair (flooring, exterior damage, etc.) due to not having a shop.
At this time we request you to cover costs of your needed repairs and we will supply you with an emailed receipt to allow you to get reimbursed from your warranty company.
You will still need to call them to start a claim prior to services being scheduled to get approval.
Warranty companies typically do not cover some items like trip fees or service calls.

Don: We had an issue with one of our slides while in the Upper Peninsula and it so happened that Superior RV was repairing another RV in the Park. They scheduled a fix in a couple days, showed up promptly and within a day, we were back in business. I would recommend them to anyone. We've had many mobile repair people over the years and based on my experience, they are one of the finest of the bunch. They are efficient, priced very competitive, and friendly. If you call them, you can expect the job will be done right the first time. Since they live in their RV's, they seem to understand RV issues better than most. Don't just go with someone random; pick these guys and you won't go wrong.
